TELEVISIT INSTRUCTIONS

You will receive a link on the day you schedule the appointment AND on the day OF the appointment.

Please do not click the link until advised

to do so by our office.

You will receive a phone call from triage ensuring

you received the link and asking you to log in.

Cell phone option, select the blue hyperlink.

Email option, click orange Start Televisit button.

Submit vital signs if you have them, then click next.

Click Start Televisit.

Wait for provider to

log in.

Click Allow microphone and camera to proceed to the final step.
