Nishtha Sareen

Dr. Sareen has been a practicing Interventional Cardiologist, specializing in Cardiac and Vascular Disease, in the state of Michigan since 2012. Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Interventional Cardiology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Sareen also holds board certifications in Nuclear Cardiology, General Cardiology and Echocardiography.


Proud to have completed her undergraduate and medical school training at the Rabindranath Tagore University in India, she went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency training at Hofstra North Shore Hospital in New York. Dr. Sareen is also a Chief Cardiology fellow at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland hospital and a past fellow for Interventional Cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Dr. Sareen is currently furthering her education by receiving a Masters in Public Health from the University of Nevada.


Dr. Sareen has been appointed faculty at various hospitals throughout Michigan. She is appointed at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, William Beaumont, Michigan State University and Ross school of Medicine. She also holds editorial appointments for the Yuva Journal of Medical Sciences, the global Scientific Research Journal and the novel titled ‘Peripheral Arterial Disease: A practical Approach’. Today, Dr. Sareen is a physician at Dearborn Cardiology in Dearborn, Michigan.
